My legal career started when my father had an injury at work and his claim was denied by the insurance company. I witnessed the impact the denial had on his financial situation and more importantly, the sense of confusion and frustration he experienced when the insurance company belittled his claim.
For the last 15 years I have worked in personal injury in firms both large and small, as well as a period of time as a lawyer for the insurer.
Overtime, I managed a large team but it took me away from the injured person and people just became numbers. No different from how people are treated by the insurance company.
I started this firm to apply my expertise with the law with a personal touch and focus on what matters, the injured person.
